Prices
The prices are in the currency EUR and including 25% VAT (Swedish). In the check out, you are able to verify all order positions, items, sub-total posts, shipping and possible payment charges as well as order grand total. The VAT will be updated in the check out to your countries own VAT class. Note! We only sell to EU.
Terms of payment
All payments are handled by Klarna and you can choose between following options:
– Pay in 30 days (Invoice)
– Pay over time (Partial payment, 3/6/12 months)
– Pay with card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express)
– Pay now
– MobilePay
Withdrawal right
You always have 14 days right of return from the day you received the item, according to current consumer protection legislation. When you desire to return the shipment, contact Sound by Sweden for a return waybill. The item package seal must not be broken, because headphones are classified as a hygiene item and you will be charged a return fee of SEK 200:-. Any additional packaging, e.g. if the item is sent you in an outer cardboard, should also be saved for possible future safe returns.
Payment refund
All payments and refunds is handled by Klarna.
Warranty and Service
Sound by Sweden products is covered by a one (1) or two (2) year warranty depending on product. The actual warranty period is labelled on the package and in the user’s guide. The warranty covers material and manufacturing deficiencies, but not any faults caused by wrongful handling, dirt or negligence.
Warranty claims are primarily managed by the retail dealer and require the receipt from the original purchase. When purchased from Sound by Sweden’s online store, contact support@soundbysweden.se and attach a copy of the original receipt.
If the warranty claim is viable, your item will be repaired or replaced by an identical or equivalent later model.
