Terms and conditions

The prices are in the currency SEK and including VAT. In the Sound by Sweden on-line store basket, you are able to verify all order positions, items, sub-total posts, shipping and possible payment charges as well as order grand total.

Terms of payment
Following payment methods are available:
– Invoice 14 days (30 days for B2B)
– Installment payment (6/12/24/36 months)
– Credit card payment; VISA, Mastercard or American Express
– Direct payment
– Klarna account
All above payment methods are managed by Klarna.

Withdrawal right
You are covered by the legislated 14 days withdrawal rights and return shipment, starting at the day of arrival. When you desire to return the shipment, contact Sound by Sweden for a return waybill. The item package seal must not be broken and you will be charged a return fee of SEK 58:-. Any additional packaging, e.g. if the item is sent you in an outer cardboard, should also be saved for possible future safe returns.

Payment refund
All payments and refunds is handled by Klarna.

Warranty and service
Sound by Sweden products is covered by a one (1) or two (2) year warranty depending on product. The actual warranty period is labelled on the package and in the user’s guide. The warranty covers material and manufacturing deficiencies, but not any faults caused by wrongful handling, dirt or negligence.

Warranty claims are primarily managed by the retail dealer and require the receipt from the original purchase. When purchased from Sound by Sweden’s online store, contact support@soundbysweden.se and attach a copy of the original receipt.

If the warranty claim is viable, your item will be repaired or replaced by an identical or equivalent later model.

Delivery terms

Shipping cost
Free shipping in Sweden. For deliveries outside Sweden, please contact info@soundbysweden.com/se for further info.

Delivery time
To Swedish address in one (1) to two (2) labour days. To certain downtown addresses in Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö, also Saturday deliveries are offered.

Pick-up centers
Package always delivers to closest PostNord agent.
The process is transparent and traceable on PostNord’s web page or app using the shipment reference from the order acknowledgement. Upon arrival at the agent a SMS message is sent to your phone. To pick-up bring the message on your phone, or the shipment reference, and ID card.

Damaged goods
If package and/or content is damaged at pick-up, be sure to notify the agent and claim the shipment. If not claimed at pick-up, the carrier may question the liability.

Negligence to pick-up
Packages not picked-up within a fortnight, Sound by Sweden will charge a SEK 300:- fee to cover the costs and a 30 days invoice will be issued from Klarna. In case of withdrawal, pick-up at carrier agent, sign and leave it back including waybill for return dispatch (refer to section; terms of payment, withdrawal).
